Larry Bloom is an accomplished Management consultant with over 30 years of experience. He founded Bloom Consulting in 1994 and since then has been successfully working with several companies in Germany, Europe and worldwide .

His focus is on sales programs for all sales employees, leadership development, communication and emotional intelligence. Larry is fluent in English (mother tongue) and German and has a good knowledge of Italian. Together with experienced network partners, he can carry out larger projects in several languages.

The history of Bloom Consulting: over 30 years of success

Larry Bloom began his consulting career in 1989 as a management consultant after working five years in the oil and gas industry. In 1994, he founded Bloom Consulting in Wiesbaden. Larry's expertise and passion led to worldwide consulting projects and training in various industries. His many years of experience and a deep understanding of strategic, operative and organizational processes make him a sought-after consultant. Today, Bloom Consulting counts renowned companies such as the Lufthansa Group, Edelmann Group, Flint Group, Nylacast, GE Healthcare, Kennametal and Dell among its clients and is known for customized solutions which bring sustainable success.
